Toiletries, towels, linens needed will be by requests in the morning. Leaving returned bag or trash outside to be picked up. You will receive a clean Replacement Care Bag at your door. A damage deposit of USD $250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you made reservations thru third parties, you must cancel thru them and receive their refund. We can not make cancellations for our guest.
The maximum number of extra beds and cribs allowed is one but is depending on first come first serve reservation of your room and its maximum capacity.
